This Bailey’s White Russian cocktail is crazy simple to make at home – the only ingredients you need are Bailey’s Irish Cream, Vodka, chocolate syrup, and espresso powder. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in delicious style!
This recipe was created in partnership with LuLu’s, however, they did not require or compensate me to share it in a blog post on my site. I simply like to share the “teaser” posts here for you all to see and direct you to the recipe on their site at the end!
This cocktail is so simple to make – and equally simple to dress up! Add a little chocolate syrup to the rim of your glasses, then dip the rims into espresso powder. Add an extra squirt or two of chocolate syrup into the bottom of each glass before adding your drink – it’s basically a dessert and a cocktail all in one!
I almost forgot to mention the chocolate shavings on top! Use a vegetable peeler to shave off little chocolate curls onto the top of your drinks for an extra fancy feel.
Use any remaining Bailey’s in your coffee, in hot cocoa, chilled on the rocks, or in desserts! Try it in this Bailey’s Chocolate Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache, Bailey’s Chocolate Fudge, or in Bailey’s Chocolate Mousse Parfaits.
How good does that cheesecake look – especially with that luscious ganache on top! Ok, now I’m craving cheesecake.
The Bailey’s Chocolate Fudge makes quite a large batch, so I recommend cutting the recipe in half. It also keeps well in the fridge for a few weeks!
Can you imagine having a slice of that Bailey’s Chocolate Cheesecake with one of these drinks? YUM! You can, of course, cut down or double the recipe to make fewer or more drinks, as needed.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day and Sláinte! (That means “health” in Gaelic, the traditional language of Ireland and Scotland!) See? You got a drink and learned something here today! Lucky you – pun intended!
