Berries & Cream Cake

Berries & Cream Cake  is made with two fluffy layers of vanilla cake sandwiched with whipped cream and topped with a blend of sweet, juicy berries.

Step 1: Make the Cake Layers. Cream butter and oil. Mix in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.

Step 2: Add Dry Ingredients. Stir in the flour mixture slowly, followed by the milk.

Step 3: Bake! Divide batter in 2 pans. Bake at 350°F for 21-26 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 4: Prep the Berries. Macerate berries in a bowl with vanilla, sugar, and bit of jam. 

Step 5: Make the Cream & Assemble the Cake. Beat together cream ingredients in a bowl.
