Maple Glazed Pecan Streusel Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread is made in one-bowl with real pumpkin and plenty of cozy pumpkin spice! This tender & fluffy pumpkin bread is topped with a crunchy brown sugar pecan streusel and a silky drizzle of maple glaze.

Here are the easy steps...

Step 1: Make the Streusel. Add melted butter to a food processor or bowl. Add the remaining pecan streusel ingredients and pulse or stir together until large crumbles form. Set aside.

Step 2: Make the Pumpkin Bread. In a large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients and sugar. Gently fold in dry ingredients until just combined. The batter should be a bit lumpy.

Step 3: Bake! Divide the batter between 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle the streusel evenly between the loaves.

Alternatively, you can leave off  the streusel. Either way, bake the pumpkin loaves for 54-65 minutes at 350°F
