HUGE Bakery-Style Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

These bakery-style cookies are HUGE, fudgy, and loaded with chocolate chunks and peanut butter chips. You'd never guess this is a gluten-free recipe!

Step 1: Make the Cookie Dough. First, melt together chocolate and butter in a bowl.

Beat in sugar and eggs. Stir in vanilla, then the dry ingredients to make a batter-like dough.

Lastly, stir in the chocolate chunks and peanut butter chips. Don't over mix!

Step 2: Chill & Shape the Dough. After chilling for 1 hour, scoop the dough into balls and chill again.

Step 3: Bake! Place cookie dough balls on baking sheets. Bake for 14-16 minutes at 325° F.
