Cinnamon Sugar Crusted Zucchini Bread

A one-bowl, ultra moist zucchini bread that requires no squeezing the zucchini!

Step 1:  Beat three large eggs until foamy.

Step 2: Beat in sugars until pale and thick, 1-2 minutes.

Step 3: Mix in oil & vanilla, then the dry ingredients and zucchini.

Note: There's no need to squeeze liquid from the zucchini in my recipe!

Step 4: Pour batter into two loaf pans and top with cinnamon sugar for a crispy top.
