Fluffy Pumpkin Pancakes w/ Candied Pecans

Fluffy pumpkin pancakes made w/ real pumpkin, cozy spices, and topped with candied pecans!

Step 1: Whisk together melted butter, egg, milk, maple syrup, and canned pumpkin.

Step 2: Fold in flour, salt, baking powder & soda, & pumpkin pie spices. 

Step 3: Cook pancakes on a greased griddle until golden on each side. 

Step 4: Make candied pecans & pepitas by stirring them into a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and water. 

Serve warm from the griddle, with butter, real maple syrup, and candied pecans!
