Best Gluten-Free Maple Granola

Gluten-Free Maple Granola is full of cozy spices and oats, pecans, coconut, and maple syrup. It's easy to make in 30 minutes and tastes like oatmeal cookies!


Step 1: Combine Dry Ingredients. Stir together oats, pecans, coconut, spices, and salt.

Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients. Stir in oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond butter.

Step 3: Bake! Spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 325°, stir, and bake 13-19 more minutes.

Now the hard part – wait for the granola to cool! The longer it cools the more clumps it'll have.
