Guinness Chocolate Cake

with Brown Butter Frosting!

Guinness Chocolate Cake is rich & flavorful thanks to a combo of Guinness and brown butter. Top with a creamy brown butter Guinness frosting for an easy cake recipe that’s perfect for any celebration!

Step 1: Brown the Butter. Cook butter over medium heat until brown and foamy. 

Step 2: Make the Batter. Whisk Guinness into the butter. Whisk in wet and then dry ingredients.

Step 3: Bake! Divide the batter between two prepared pans. Bake at 350° for 17-24 minutes.

Cool  the baked cakes completely on a wire rack while you make the brown butter frosting.

Step 4: Frosting Time! Brown more butter and whip with frosting ingredients till smooth.
