Homemade Orange Curd

Homemade orange curd comes together in just 30 minutes with simple ingredients. Bursting with orange flavor, it's a perfect topping for ice cream, biscuits, cakes, and so much more!

Step 1: Juice Your Oranges. Fresh orange juice is the best! Strain out pulp and seeds.

Step 2: Combine the Ingredients. Rub orange zest and sugar together with clean hands.

Then, whisk in the eggs and egg yolks, fresh orange juice, and just a pinch of salt.

Step 3: Cook the Curd. Whisk as you cook over low heat for 14-18 minutes until thickened.

Step 4: Strain & Add Butter. Push through a sieve, then stir butter into the warm curd.
