Double Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake

Double Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake features a creamy filling baked in a crisp graham cracker crust, topped with luscious blueberry sauce.


Step 1: Make the Crust. Combine ingredients and press into a springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Batter. Mix filling ingredients. Add blueberry jam and lemon juice last.  

Step 3: Prep Water Bath & Bake! Pour filling over the  crust and bake for 90-105 minutes at 350° F.

Step 4: Chill the Cheesecake. Cool 1 hour at room temp, then chill 6+ hours in the fridge.

Step 5: Make the Blueberry Sauce. Cook over medium heat. Add cornstarch to thicken.
