Maple Brioche Cinnamon Rolls are pillowy soft with a rich cinnamon filling and a maple cream cheese icing! They can be made ahead, require no kneading, and are sure to fly off plates.
Step 1: Make the Dough. Whisk together wet ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in flour until just combined to create a wet, sticky dough. Do not over mix!
Step 2: Rise and Chill. Cover the bowl with a towel and rest 2 hours on the counter. Then cover with plastic wrap, and proof in the fridge 4+ hours, or up to 5 days.
