Maple Brioche Cinnamon Rolls

Maple Brioche Cinnamon Rolls are pillowy soft with a rich cinnamon filling and a maple cream cheese icing! They can be made ahead, require no kneading, and are sure to fly off plates.

Here are the easy steps...

Step 1: Make the Dough. Whisk together wet ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in flour until just combined to create a wet, sticky dough. Do not over mix!

Step 2: Rise and Chill. Cover the bowl with a towel and rest 2 hours on the counter. Then cover with plastic wrap, and proof in the fridge 4+ hours, or up to 5 days.

Step 3: Make the Filling. Beat together butter, sugars, spices, vanilla, and flour in a medium mixing bowl.

Step 4: Roll Dough and Spread Filling. Dump dough onto a floured surface and roll  evenly into a 12 x 16" rectangle.
