No-Knead Maple Brioche Cinnamon Rolls

These make-ahead rolls are pillowy soft w/ a rich cinnamon filling & a maple cream cheese icing! 

Step 1: Make the Dough. Combine all ingredients - including real maple syrup - to form a sticky dough.

Step 2: Let the dough rest on the counter for 2 hours, then cover & chill for at least 8 hours or up to 3 days.

Step 3: Make the filling by creaming butter, spices, brown sugar, & vanilla.

Step 4: Roll out chilled dough & spread on the filling.

Step 5: Place rolls in a baking dish to rise for 30-40 minutes.
