Raspberry Lemonade Cheesecake


Raspberry Cheesecake has a crisp crust full of creamy raspberry cheesecake swirled with bright lemon cheesecake, all topped with raspberry sauce and raspberry whipped cream!

Step 1: Make Raspberry Sauce. Cook ingredients on the stovetop per recipe. Cool completely.

Step 2: Make & Bake the Crust. Blend ingredients and press into a pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350° F.

Step 3: Make the Cheesecake Batter. Beat ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 4: Divide & Flavor. Split batter between two bowls. Add lemon to one, raspberry to the other.

Step 5: Swirl the Batters. Alternate adding the two batters to the pan. Use a butter knife to swirl.
