For the Salsa
2largepeaches, pitted and quartered
2largemangos, pitted, peeled and quartered
1/2ared onion, quartered
juiceofhalf a limeabout 2 tbsp
2handfulsfresh cilantro
1/2tspsalt
pinchofblack pepper
jalapeno peppers, a red bell pepper, or a yellow pepper, optional
For Topping
extra diced peach, mango, avocado, and red onion

Prep: The blender is doing most of the work for us with this recipe, so you just need to quarter your produce!
