1largeripe watermelon
4mediumripe nectarines
1/3cupfeta cheese
Honey Lime Dressing
4TBSPolive oil
4TBSPlime juice
4TBSPwater
4tsphoney
small pinch of saltstart small - you can always add more
Instructions
Prep: Slice your watermelon into cubes, discarding the rind. Slice your nectarine, discarding the pits. Toss fruit together in a large serving bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Assemble + Serve + Store: Pour the dressing on just before serving, and then sprinkle on the feta. Store leftovers, tightly covered, in the fridge for 2-3 days.
