1PintHalo Top Mint Chip ice creamOr any pint of mint chip ice cream, but I like this one because the whole pint is relatively low in sugar + calories, and high in protein!
1cupkale leaves
1/2cupmilk of choiceI used regular dairy milk
2TBSchocolate chips
Instructions
Blend the ice cream, milk, and kale leaves until combined. Top with the chocolate chips and enjoy immediately!
*Note: If you want a thicker shake, try adding a few pieces of frozen banana!
