Fall Glow Smoothie Bowl

A delicious, creamy smoothie made with real food ingredients and lots of fall flavor. All you need for this filling breakfast is 6 ingredients and 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen sweet potato see note
  • 2 tbsp canned pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp real maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Add a little more liquid if the blender is having trouble bringing the ingredients together. Enjoy from a smoothie cup or as a smoothie bowl! 

Notes

NOTE: To make your frozen sweet potatoes - peel and cube whole, raw sweet potatoes. Boil for 7-9 minutes, until soft. Freeze for later use in smoothies!
