The Best Creamy Green Smoothie

A delicious and sneaky way to get in your daily dose of greens! Made with spinach, mango, strawberry, greek yogurt, almond milk, and a splash of honey or maple syrup. Protein-packed, quick, filling, and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 and 1/2 cups spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 heaping cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 scoops your favorite protein powder I recommend Vital Proteins - it's tasteless!

Instructions

  • Make the smoothie: Place all ingredients in the blender in any order, but do start with the almond milk. Blend on high until smooth and creamy! Add an extra splash of almond milk if things are getting stuck/not blending. 
    Enjoy immediately!

Notes

NOTE: Nutrition info doesn't include protein powder, since they're all a bit different. The one I use (Vital Proteins) adds 70 calories and 18 grams of protein from two scoops!
