1/3cupalmond milk
1 and 1/2cupsspinachfresh or frozen
1/2afrozen banana
1/2cupfrozen strawberries
1/2heapingcup frozen mango
1/2cupgreek yogurt
1tbsphoney or maple syrup
1tbspchia seeds
1tbspground flaxseed
1-2scoopsyour favorite protein powderI recommend Vital Proteins - it's tasteless!
Instructions
Make the smoothie: Place all ingredients in the blender in any order, but do start with the almond milk. Blend on high until smooth and creamy! Add an extra splash of almond milk if things are getting stuck/not blending. Enjoy immediately!

NOTE: Nutrition info doesn't include protein powder, since they're all a bit different. The one I use (Vital Proteins) adds 70 calories and 18 grams of protein from two scoops!
