Ingredients
5 large peaches, sliced into 1/2" - 1" slicesAbout 6 cups
1/2cupgranulated sugar
3tbspall-purpose flour
1 1/4tspvanilla extract
1/4tspcinnamon
pinchofnutmeg
1bagRhodes Thaw, Rise, & Bake Cinnamon RollsYou'll only need 6 - half of the bag
Instructions
Prep: Thaw your cinnamon rolls ahead of time, according to the package directions. I like the refrigerator method. And, let them rise 1-2 hours at room temp as directed (Mine only needed about an hour during the summer). Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Make the Cobbler: Stir together the peaches, sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a 10-inch oven safe skillet (or baking dish of similar size). Place the 6 thawed + risen cinnamon rolls on top.
Bake: Bake for 50-62 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are a deep golden brown color and appear set in the center, and the peach filling is bubbly all the way through.
Serve + Store: Once the cobbler is done, drizzle immediately with the glaze included with the cinnamon rolls. Dig in while it's nice and hot from the oven! Store leftovers, covered, in the fridge for 2-3 days, and gently reheat as desired.
