Ingredients

  • 1 Pint Halo Top Mint Chip ice cream Or any pint of mint chip ice cream, but I like this one because the whole pint is relatively low in sugar + calories, and high in protein!
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice I used regular dairy milk
  • 2 TBS chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Blend the ice cream, milk, and kale leaves until combined. Top with the chocolate chips and enjoy immediately!
  • *Note: If you want a thicker shake, try adding a few pieces of frozen banana!
