Loaded sheet pan nachos on a mini sheet pan, for two.

Loaded Sheet Pan Nachos for Two – Fun to make! The potato chips are homemade (baked) and the toppings are totally up to you! There’s even a homemade cheese sauce, if you want to take it that far – if not, just sprinkle your favorite store bought queso on top!

Appetizers

Valentine's cheese board.

How to Make the Perfect Cheese Board – Perfect for a romantic date night! You can easily put together the perfect cheese board – and you can tweak it to feed just two or a whole family.

The golden brown, baked pretzels on a vintage wire rack.

Easiest Soft Pretzels, Two Ways – You can make these at home much more easily than you think! Enjoy both sweet cinnamon sugar pretzels with cream cheese dip and savory salted pretzels with a sharp cheddar dip.

Vegetarian Options

A salad bowl full of fresh greens, sliced pears, pomegranates, mandarin oranges, and walnuts.

Winter Salad with Pears and Pomegranates – Comes together in 10 minutes! Made with arugula, spinach, pears, clementine oranges, pomegranates, feta, walnuts and a simple dressing that takes the whole thing over the top!

Mixed vegetable galette.

Mixed Vegetable Galette – Because sometimes you want to eat healthy but not have it be totally boring! This galette is perfect for that – loaded with veggies and a healthy dose of cheese, wrapped up in a whole wheat pie crust.

Soups

A large dutch oven filled with the creamy chicken wild rice soup.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup – A classic! One of my husband’s FAVORITE meals. Pair with a glass of wine and a slice of crusty bread for a simple yet romantic meal.

A pot of creamy chicken gnocchi soup.

Chicken Gnocchi Soup – Is there anything better than a pot of creamy chicken gnocchi soup? This stuff is the real deal! As always, make sure to grab some bread for dunking.

A close-up of a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, topped with homemade croutons and bacon crumbles.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup with Crusty No Knead Bread – You can tell I love the bread + soup combos by now – this recipe even includes a super simple bread recipe that you CAN pull off! The broccoli cheddar soup is delicious, tastes just like Panera’s, and I even went as far as to add BACON. Yes, this is real life.

A pot of tomato soup with swirls of cream and fresh basil on top.

Roasted Tomato Basil Soup – A creamy, dreamy tomato soup that’s bursting with flavor and comes together quickly! You must pair tomato soup with grilled cheese! It’s a little more of a laid back meal but it’s still delicious enough to make the cut for Valentine’s Day.

Comfort Food

Bowls of Braised beef with tomatoes and gnocchi.

Braised Beef with Tomatoes and Gnocchi – My favorite, favorite, favorite recipe of all time. Tender beef, juicy saucy tomatoes, pillowy gnocchi, and a heavy dusting of parmesan. LOVE at first bite. It has all the marks of a romantic meal, but good news – it’s astoundingly simple to make!

Individual servings of chicken pot pie in little bowls.

Cozy Chicken Pot Pie – Cozy, and conveniently portioned into individual serving sizes. You can also serve in one big pot. The topping is made with zero effort at all – we’re using store bought puff pastry!

A slice of quiche on a plate.

Perfect Quiche – Breakfast for dinner is always a good idea! This is one of my all-time favorite breakfasts – it’s savory, filling, and oh-so delicious.

Bowls of Gnocchi bacon mac and cheese.

Gnocchi Bacon Mac ‘n Cheese – Not the fanciest meal ever but SO good! Creamy cheese sauce coats soft pillowy gnocchi and the whole thing is finished off with bacon, of course.
