Meet the most refreshing summer dish! Sliced, juicy nectarines and watermelon, a sprinkle of feta, and a dressing made of honey and fresh lime juice make up this delicious side.
There’s nothing like a no-bake, no-cook wonder in the summer. And, there’s nothing like having a good side dish recipe in your back pocket that you can whip up at a moment’s notice for potlucks and picnics. I mean, let’s save turning the oven on for something really indulgent like a Cherry Blueberry Galette or these Life-Changing Butterscotch Blondies.
All this requires is some slicing, stirring, and sprinkling! Slice some juicy nectarines and fresh watermelon, toss it with a little feta cheese, and stir up a dressing of olive oil, honey, lime juice, and a small pinch of salt. TRUST me on this.
It’s the most delicious way to dress up something super simple. Make sure to dress the salad just before serving! You can add some mint sprigs too, but that’s just for looks! This is SO delicious for snacking on, too – no picnic required.
Here are some other speedy no-bake dishes to whip up for a picnic (or for the Fourth of July, hint hint!)
Best Summery Pasta Salad – Delicious, no bake, and full of veggies, cheese, and summer sausage!
Best Ever Homemade Scotcheroos – A classic! Great for feeding a crowd.

Happy Fourth of July!
